Alumina Ceramic Disc is made of a ceramic material with Al2O3 as the main crystal phase. SENCER PRECISION CERAMICS can produce ceramic plates with an alumina content of 99.5% to 99.8%. The alumina has a compact structure, low activity, and high-temperature stability. The electrical properties are the best, with good mechanical properties, with a Mohs hardness of 9. With their excellent heat resistance, abrasive resistance, and electrically insulating, which are frequently applied in the semiconductor, solar photovoltaic industries, and testing and encapsulation machines like IC, LED, WAFER and TFT-LCD.
